Dr. Selvan's Pharmacy is the group's retail dispensing business. Every prescription presented is verified before it is filled — the pharmacist checks that the drug, strength, form and quantity match what was prescribed, screens for interactions against what the patient is already taking, and refers anything unclear back to the prescriber rather than guessing at intent.

Counselling is treated as part of dispensing, not as an extra. A patient leaving the counter should know what each medicine is for, when and how to take it, what to do about a missed dose, which side effects are expected and which mean they should call someone. That conversation is where most avoidable medication error is caught, and it is given the time it needs.

Adherence support follows the patients who need it: refill reminders for long-run prescriptions, a written schedule where a regimen is complex enough to confuse, and a record of what has actually been collected so a prescriber reviewing a case can see whether the treatment was taken as written. For patients under care at the group's clinics, this closes the loop between what was prescribed and what was taken.
