Pharmacy & Products

Medicines are prepared and dispensed inside the group rather than sourced at arm's length. That covers retail dispensing with prescription verification and counselling, homeopathic preparation from mother tinctures through potentised dilutions, and a consumer range for daily personal care.

Chain of custody

From formulation to the counter

Keeping preparation in-house is what lets an uncommon remedy at a specific potency be made to order instead of substituted away — which, in classical prescribing, is the difference between the treatment and an approximation of it.

  1. Source identification

Material is identified and recorded before it enters the process. What a preparation was made from is traceable from the finished unit backwards.

  2. Preparation and potentisation

Mother tinctures are extracted from identified material; dilutions follow the prescribed sequence of dilution and succussion for the scale requested.

  3. Segregation

Vehicles and dispensing equipment are kept separate between potencies, so nothing carries across from one preparation to the next.

  4. Labelling and batch record

Remedy, potency, scale and batch go on every unit. Any dispensed item can be traced to the material it came from.

  5. Verification at the counter

Prescriptions are checked for drug, strength, form and quantity, and screened against what the patient already takes. Anything unclear goes back to the prescriber.

  6. Counselling and adherence

Purpose, dosing, missed doses and the side effects that warrant a call are explained at the counter. Refill reminders follow for long-run prescriptions.
