About
Dr. Selvan's Homeopathy is the consulting room the rest of the group grew out of. The practice works in the classical tradition: a long first consultation that records the whole case — the presenting complaint, its history, the patient's sleep, appetite, temperament and reaction to stress — before a single remedy is selected on the totality of what has been recorded. Chronic and constitutional cases are the centre of the work, which is why case-taking is measured in hours rather than minutes.
Care runs across a clinic network and a teleconsultation service. The clinics handle first consultations and the periodic reviews where a case is reassessed and the prescription confirmed or changed; teleconsultation carries follow-ups for patients who have moved cities, travel for work, or simply cannot make a weekday appointment. Case records are held centrally so a patient seen at one clinic and reviewed remotely is treated from one continuous history rather than several partial ones.
The practice sets the standard the rest of the group is measured against. Its case-taking discipline shapes how the foundation runs its camps, its dispensing requirements shape the pharmacies, and its patient questions are what the education businesses were built to answer.

Dr. Selvan S. practises, researches and teaches homeopathy from Dharavi, Mumbai. He holds a BHMS from Vinayaka Missions Homeopathic Medical College in Salem, an MD in Paediatrics in Homeopathy from Guru Mishri Homeopathic Medical College in Jalna, and a PG-Hom from the Hahnemann College of Homeopathy in London. He has worked in hospitals across several Indian states and is a DG-approved medical examiner for seafarers.
His research runs through the group's own unit: a homeopathic SARS-CoV-2 nosode trial in healthy volunteers during the pandemic, foundational studies on anaemia and gastro formulations, current nutraceutical work, and a drug-proving study in collaboration with Schwabe India. Several of these have been published in homeopathy journals.
He is the author of Heal With Homeopathy, recognised by the National Commission for Homoeopathy and the Maharashtra Council of Homeopathy, with a foreword by Dr. Raj K. Manchanda, former Director of CCRH, and published by B. Jain Publications. The book came out of a 5,657-kilometre awareness campaign across eight states — part by train, most by motorcycle — that reached over 20,000 people with health education and homeopathic medicines. He speaks internationally, including at the TCAM International Congress and the Sheikh Zayed International Awards for Traditional, Complementary and Alternative Medicine in Abu Dhabi.
